Cranberry-Pear Crumble Pie

 What a great idea, adding some tart cranberries to this pear pie recipe and making a crumble topping.  Might make this just to test it out!  Like, tonight. ;)

Ingredients:
  1. 60 Reduced Fat NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
  2. 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, or any other kind like Trulia -Granulated
  4. 1/3 cup soft margarine, melted
  5. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
  6. 1 cup chopped cranberries
  7. 2 large fresh pears, sliced
  8. 1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
  9. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  10. 1-1/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
Instructions;
  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. MIX crumbs, brown sugar, SPLENDA® Granulated and margarine until well blended. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; press remaining onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  3. BEAT cream cheese with mixer until creamy; carefully spread onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle with half the reserved crumb mixture. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon; toss to coat. Spoon into crust; top with remaining crumb mixture.
  4. BAKE 35 min. or until fruit is tender and crust is golden brown. Cool completely. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
